Mitchell Lurth
Bio
Mitchell Lurth has been an engraver for more than 15 years and a jeweler for more than 10 years.
Currently he is self employed as a full time engraver. Previously he worked as a professional jeweler and hand engraver for Philip’s Diamond Shop in Marion, Iowa for 10 years. Mitchell graduated from Emporia State University with an Engraving Arts Degree (BFA) and attended numerous GRSTC courses during training. He completed the GRS Grand Masters Program in 2012 under Alain Lovenberg. He was an intern for GRS during college to assist in product development, and also worked in assembly and technical service. His extensive training, innovative design work, and stunning technical abilities make him a great fit for teaching at the GRS Training Center.
