From farmer to master engraver Lee Griffiths shows that anyone, if they put in the work, can become a master of their craft.

With no formal engraving education, Lee has learned most of what he knows through the help of mentors and his own determination. As a member of the Firearms Engravers Guild of America, he has won over 50 national and international awards. He is now currently overseeing the Engraving Arts department at Emporia State University. Lee has come a long way from his early days engraving, using metal scrap from the family farm to being an integral part of the GRSTC, teaching courses, and helping run the Focus Program.
