- Creating settings for stones in wax.
- Various techniques to achieve different design styles including classic signet ring variations, symmetrical and asymmetrical styles, angular and curving styles, and an interlocking bridal stack.

Prerequisites
Completion of a GRS Basic Course or instructor approval is required, as well as an understanding of proper tool sharpening and basic engraving techniques.
Other Skills Required:
Some bench experience preferred – familiar with files, jeweler’s saw, micro-motor, etc.
